Coaching

Our roster of coaches follow the ICF Ethical Standards and are trained in evidence-based approaches to behavior change. Our coaches tailor the experience to your needs, and help you get to your desired goals faster. We offer both individual coaching services and group coaching services. 

1:1 Coaching

  • Individual experience, just you and your coach.

  • Allows clients to get unstuck in their ways of thinking and behaving.  

​

  • Focus can serve both individual development goals and organizational effectiveness needs. 

​

  • Ideal for anyone in a position of formal or informal leadership.

Group Coaching

  • Cohorted experience for groups of 4-5 leaders at similar levels (e.g. senior leaders, middle managers, etc.).

  • All the benefits of individual coaching + Can help create bonds between leaders across departments. 

​

  • A primary focus will be on equipping participants with basic coaching skills to better support their peers and their teams. 

​

  • Ideal for creating a coaching culture within the organization.
