Jillian Hubbard, MSOD is a consultant, facilitator, advisor, coach, and curriculum designer specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA), organization development, and talent development. With almost 20 years of experience in her field, she
supports organizations and their leaders in their efforts to create more equitable, inclusive environments and increase their effectiveness by empowering their human capital. Jillian’s experience spans a range of sectors, including government, nonprofit, corporate, and education. She partners with clients and leaders to develop company-wide DEIA initiatives and has facilitated trainings on topics including anti-racism, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.
She also works with organizations to implement equitable recruitment and retention initiatives, develop curriculum for DEIA programming, and develop strategic action plans from DEIA and talent diagnostic surveys. Jillian has led DEIA work both inside and outside of the U.S., including supporting multinational nonprofits and education organizations in implementing company-wide DEIA efforts within their global contexts.
