Join us for an afternoon of honest conversation, practical problem-solving, and strategic thinking with other women who are building businesses they believe in.
What We'll Do Together
This isn't a typical networking event. You won't be speed-networking or listening to pitches. Instead, you'll be:
Planning for 2026 – Getting clear on what "focus and flow" looks like for your business in the year ahead, with input from others who understand the unique challenges of service-based entrepreneurship.
Sharing your tech stack – Those practical tools and hacks that make entrepreneurship easier (and get rid of the annoying inefficiencies that drive you crazy). We'll create a collaborative resource everyone can take home.
Building real connections – Leave with at least 3 new strategic contacts who could become co-promotion partners, referral sources, or collaborators who truly understand what you're building and why it matters.
Getting your power shot – Professional photos that capture you at your most confident and authentic, courtesy of our photographer who's also a woman business owner. Each person will leave with 2-4 photos including professional headshots, candid photos of you looking radiant, and posed photos that could be used for your own marketing materials. Who This Is For
This gathering is for women entrepreneurs who are:
Running B2B service-based businesses (consulting, coaching, marketing, design, etc.)
Committed full-time to making business ownership work (not looking for traditional employment)
Based in the DMV area (though if you're willing to travel then you're welcome to join)
Ready to both give and receive support in a collaborative environment
The Process
Step 1: Submit Your Interest Complete our brief application sharing who you are, what your business does, and what you're hoping to gain (and contribute) to this space.
Step 2: Approval & Payment We'll review applications and send payment links within 48 hours to ensure the right mix of perspectives and experience.
Step 3: Pre-Work Once you're confirmed, we'll send reflection questions and resources to help you maximize the value of our time together.
Investment
We use a sliding scale to balance accessibility with sustainability:
Sustain: $75– Choose this tier if money feels tight or uncertain right now.
Full Cost: $100– Choose this tier if you can comfortably afford this investment in your business.
Redistribution: $125– Choose this tier if you want to help make lower tiers possible for others.

Reflect on these questions to help determine your tier:
Are you a homeowner or do you have significant family wealth to fall back on?
Do you have an emergency fund that could cover 3+ months of personal expenses?
Are you financially responsible only for yourself (not supporting other family members)?
Can you afford unexpected $2,000+ expenses without going into debt?
Do you already have contracts or committed revenue for Q1 2026?
Did your business generate $75,000+ in revenue this year?
Has your business been minimally impacted by federal policy changes or political uncertainty?
Do you have a business emergency fund or consistent monthly recurring revenue?
Are you current on all business and personal expenses without stress?
Could you lose a major client and still be financially stable for 3+ months?
If you answered yes to 7+ questions, consider Redistribution tier; 4-6 questions, Full Cost; 1-3 questions, Sustain tier.
Higher tiers help make lower pricing possible for others who need it.
