Thomas Showalter is a seasoned policy expert and former nonprofit executive with extensive experience in education, workforce development, and disability advocacy. With a deep understanding of how our system of government really operates – gained through his work on Capitol Hill, supporting service providers around the country, and shaping public narratives – Thomas helps leaders discover and shape their future.
Judy Oyedele, MSOD, ACC is an executive leadership coach and organization development consultant with almost 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations navigate complex change. As the founder of Joyedele Consulting, she specializes in creating environments where leaders can think strategically and take purposeful action, even in uncertain times. Her work with federal agencies, nonprofits, and educational institutions combines human-centered design with the psychology of behavior change to help organizations break out of reactive patterns and find creative ways forward.
