Brian Schwartz, owner and principal of BSCC, has extensive experience coaching executives and managers. As a professional coach for over 15 years and a mediator for 20, Brian takes a holistic approach, looking at a client’s context while empowering their leadership development.

Brian has coached dozens of clients in fields as diverse as accounting, higher education, consulting, social services, corporate real estate, nonprofit management, and software development.  He has helped leaders successively deal with challenging employees and team dynamics, using empathy and a great sense of humor. 

Brian knows every person is different, using a gentler approach at times while at other times pushing people to achieve beyond what they thought was possible. He is also an experienced team and group coach, supporting teams to work more collectively and efficiently to achieve joint success.

With degrees in media studies and intercultural relations, and a graduate of the New Ventures West coaching school, Brian is devoted to helping people better understand each other and themselves, heralded as an "interpersonal magician."
