Mary is an experienced consultant specializing in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), Operations, and Organizational Transformation. She has an extensive background in strategy development and implementation of cross-functional workplace change initiatives, including EDI programs, in a Fortune 100 organization. Her experience leading a 200+ person organization with a $23M+ budget gives her a deep appreciation for the challenges and complexities executives face today.


Mary is a strategic and analytical thinker who effectively partners with senior leaders to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. Her ability to evaluate complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her expertise to gain meaningful insight, follow up with thorough analysis, and achieve buy-in. She has a unique ability to navigate the strategic, operational, and human elements of an organization and a gift for moving teams to clarity and action.


As a consultant, Mary has worked with clients ranging from large (Google, Walmart, Nike) to small (start-ups, non-profits) with work focused on increasing team performance, implementing strategic change, strengthening inclusion and equity capabilities, and strategic planning.  She has experience in industries including tech, financial services, consumer products, and retail. Mary also has rich internal experience as an Organization Development Business Partner at Intel, and multiple roles at Nike including Director of Global Workplace Purpose Initiatives, Director of Enterprise Accessibility Programs, Director of Employee and Guest Services, SE Asia Controller (based in Singapore), and Global Planning Finance Manager. She holds a masters degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and earned her CPA as Senior Audit Associate with Grant Thornton.
