Dedicated to bridging divides and championing human potential and flourishing, Melissa AB Graetz brings over a decade of hands-on experience in non-profit leadership, leading dynamic projects and programs centered around creative and culture-focused initiatives. Her expertise lies in fostering community engagement, cross-cultural education, and driving impactful change. Melissa is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and fervently advocates for its rights and visibility. She strives to foster movement, support, and understanding for LGBTQIA+ individuals through her work and personal endeavors.


Specializing in DEIB initiatives, intercultural communication, and international development, Melissa is committed to providing comprehensive solutions for training, capacity building, and cultural integration. With a strong foundation in team-building, instructional design, and research, she thrives as a self-starter and process innovator, infusing energy and creativity into every project. Melissa is deeply passionate about her work and believes in continuing to challenge what we believe to be normal, and how best to support growth for ourselves and our communities.


Melissa recently earned a Training and Facilitation Certificate from the Association for Talent Development in 2023. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Social Enterprise with a focus on International Development from American University's School of International Service, where she also earned the SIS Notable Service Award for her role as Deputy Director of the Corporate Social Responsibility Symposium. She also holds a Master of Arts in Arts Leadership Administration from Syracuse University's College of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Anthropology from Syracuse University's Setnor School of Music. Originally from Syracuse, NY, she currently resides in the Rocky Mountains in Walden, CO, with her husband, 3 cats, 1 dog, and 14 koi fish!
