She/her
Specialties: Strategy Implementation, Process Design
Priyanka helps mission-driven organizations turn strategy into systems that work. With over a decade of experience across international development, higher education, and advisory services, Priyanka partners with teams to operationalize their ideas: clarifying priorities, co-creating processes, and helping people feel confident about implementation.
Her approach combines strategic insight with a coaching mindset. Through facilitated working sessions, she helps teams test and refine processes, bridging the gap between planning and doing. She’s known for bringing calm structure to complex initiatives and for translating ambitious goals into steps that feel achievable and sustainable.
Priyanka’s experience spans a range of organizations, from international membership networks with a global presence in more than 100 countries to federal agencies, local and state governments, and small to midsize enterprises. Her background includes years in professional services at a global consulting firm, where she supported organizational transformation, international business development, and future-of-work projects across diverse sectors.
In 2023, Priyanka took a professional sabbatical to begin her training as a flamenco bailaora in Spain; a period that deepened her understanding of discipline, presence, and the creative process. During that time, she began offering pro bono coaching to professionals exploring sabbaticals of their own, helping them design intentional pauses that lead to more aligned and sustainable life paths.
Now based between Charlotte, North Carolina & Seville, Priyanka is the Director of Global Internships at Connecting Worlds Abroad, where she leads the design and implementation of intercultural programs for U.S. university students. Her work remains centered on helping organizations align people, purpose, and process so that change not only happens, but endures.
