With more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Development in the technology, manufacturing and non-profit healthcare industries, she has found her passion in nurturing and maturing human and organizational systems.
RiShawnda has served as strategic Business Partner, Coach, Facilitator, and Mentor throughout her career. She leads with curiosity and utilizes data driven insights to design interventions and equitable systems that improve leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and experience.
As a certified HR professional and continuous learner, she is apprised of the latest employment law and industry insights. As a consultant, supports others in self discovery and synergy creation to develop the freedom to live in their potential.
RiShawnda holds a B.S. in Business-Human Resources Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.S. in Organization Development from American University. She has also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
